Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to the Player's Account balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmed receipt. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations for the relevant asset. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for standard accounts, with expedited processing available for Silver tier and above VIP members.
All Account balances are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of crediting. bet128 assumes no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts in the same name as the registered bet128 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Withdrawals remain subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC verification. bet128 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity.
All bonuses, promotional credits, and free bets offered by bet128 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any winnings attributable to the Bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:
Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting). Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all Bonuses forfeited, associated winnings voided, and their Account permanently closed without refund.
All bets are subject to acceptance by bet128. bet128 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in the Player's Account history, it becomes final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing sports body or game provider. In the event of a tie, draw, or push on a specific market, stakes are returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules. Void bets are refunded at odds of 1.00.
If bet128 identifies a palpable error in the odds offered (for example, odds displayed as 10.00 when the correct odds should have been 1.10), bet128 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings derived from obvious mistakes are not honoured. Players are encouraged to notify customer support if they observe any suspected pricing errors.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip and per 24-hour period, varying by sport and market type. Current maximum payout figures are available on request from customer support. bet128 reserves the right to reduce large payouts to within the published maximum payout limits.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the bet128 Platform:
Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account at the time of suspension.
All content displayed on the bet128 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of bet128 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from bet128.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet128 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if bet128 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, bet128's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
In no event shall bet128's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your Account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat and requesting permanent closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance. Accounts with zero Balance at the time of closure will be deactivated immediately. Accounts with active Bonuses or pending bets may be subject to a cooling-off period before final closure.
